Orders and Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $50 ship for free. For orders under $50, we ship anywhere in the US via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on where you live, the weight of your order and which shipping method you choose.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
For standard shipping, please allow one business day for your order to process. Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping notification email with tracking details. Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days from their ship date.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States and to U.S. Territories. However, as we grow, we will continue expanding into other countries and offer international shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
If you need to make a change to your order after it’s been placed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number along with that change that needs to be made. If the order has already shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.
How do I update my delivery address after I’ve placed an order?
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line and the new address in the body of the email. We can update as long as your order has not yet shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you can contact the delivery company and ask them to update your address. Please reach out if they are unable to do so.
Can I track my order once it ships?
Yes! We’ll provide both a tracking link and tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the delivery company to pick up your order and for tracking to update.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
All orders shipped with our free shipping method or with USPS can be delivered to PO Box Addresses. However, UPS shipments can not be delivered to PO Box addresses.
I got the wrong item. What do I do?
That’s our bad! If you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process a return and get the right order out to you asap.
What is Piper’s return policy?
Any unopened, unused dozens may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to us to initiate the return and receive a shipping label.
How do I make a return?
Please reach out to us at email@example.com to process a return. Please include both your order number and the word “return” in the subject line of your email.
When can I expect the return to show on my account?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on the method of payment used at checkout.
What payment methods can I use on Piper.Golf?
We accept all the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
Can I purchase a Piper Gift Card?
Piper gift cards are available for purchase online and will be email to your recipient of choice. Please note that all e-gift cards are only valid for the redemption in the currency they were purchased in.
The promotion code isn’t working. What should I do?
If you have a promotion code that isn’t working please try the following first:
Ensure the spelling of the code is correct
Try logging into your Piper account and then applying
If you have used the code once before, it’s possible that the code is limited to only one order
If you are still having issues after trying the above, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a screenshot of the promotion code error you are receiving at checkout.

Can I skip a shipment or cancel?
Yes! Cancel, pause, skip or modify whenever.
You can reach out to us at email@example.com for us to handle, or you can go to the customer portal after subscribing by going to your Order History and clicking Manage Subscription. On this page, you can choose to skip an individual shipment, change a future shipment date, change products, and more!
Where are Piper products made?
Piper products are manufactured at the same place as other name brand golf balls.
What materials are Piper products made out of?
Piper Golf Balls are built with a high energy polybutadiene rubber core, with additional layers surrounding the core on our Blue, Black and Gold models.
The biggest difference you’ll notice is the cover material of the balls - Green and Blue utilize a DuPont Surlyn cover, while Black and Gold have a Urethane cover. The difference here is the spin and feel, with Urethane offering more spin and a softer feel off the face.
How is Piper different from other golf ball brands?
The dirty truth is, the golf ball reached its maximum legal potential quite some time ago, and there is very little innovation happening today. To this end, we partnered with a manufacturer who was already making top-quality golf balls, and added our own spin, including our logo, custom colored numbering and alignment guides.
What is the compression for each golf ball?
Here are the following compression levels of Piper Balls:
Green - Firm
Blue - Medium
Black - Softest
Gold - Soft
Is Piper USGA compliant?
Yes! Piper Golf balls are USGA approved and on the official list!
