TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Piper Agreement contains the complete terms & conditions that apply to an individual’s or entity’s participation in the Team Piper Ambassador Program, operated through Dovetale.

Joining Team Piper: 

To join Piper’s Ambassador Program, you’ll first complete and submit the program  application located on Dovetale at https://dovetale.com/community/apply/j3sQRK-EPK8. Once you apply, our team will evaluate your application and notify you through Rakuten  Dovetale/email of your acceptance or rejection. If approved, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

Please note that the following reasons will result in your platform(s) 1.  rejection into the Team Piper Ambassador Program; 2.  suspension or termination from the ambassador program: 

• Link to nudity or pornography or the promotion of sexually explicit materials
• Promoting violence
• Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age
• Promotions containing material that is defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing to the Piper brand
• Containing software downloads that potentially enable diversions from commissions from other sites
• Inability to setup links or refer clients to Piper.golf (lack of performance)
• Advertising that promotes any illegal activates
• Promoting or using affiliate links for competing brands while showing Piper products

Team Piper  Responsibilities:

Once approved, it is understood that you will introduce the Piper brand and  products to your current and prospective customers and will comply with this agreement as well as laws that govern influencer marketing. 

Paid  search activity is strongly forbidden.

Payment Terms: 

Piper will pay a commission of up to 10% based on a percentage of sales per customer referred using your affiliate code, link or banner. Payments will be completed through Dovetale on either 1. a quarterly basis occurring on the last day  in March, June, September and December or 2. Once you hit $50 in commissions. In order to receive payment, you must provide a PayPal email through DoveTale.

Terms of Agreement:

These terms begin upon your acceptance into the Team Piper Ambassador Program  operated through Dovetale. They will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms may be modified by Piper at any time. Your participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of change. If you fail to meet the terms of this agreement, Piper can terminate you at any time.

By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions and agreed with them.
