Return Policy

We love Piper Golf balls and really, really want you to love them too. And we want you to love them so much that you tell your friends, and they tell their friends, and so on...

As part of this mission, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the balls you purchased. To help you buy with confidence, we offer a 30-day return/exchange period on all items ordered on piper.golf with the following details:

  • Any returned items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning that we do not accept balls that have been played. This might sound like we don't take returns, but if you bought three dozen and only hit balls out of one box, feel free to return the other two.
  • We do NOT accept returns or exchanges from items specifically marked "FINAL SALE".
  • We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Send an email to balls@piper.golf with your order number in the subject line
  • Please indicate what you are returning and why
  • Indicate whether you prefer a refund or an exchange

A few additional details:

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be refunded.
  • Remember, any original shipping charges will not be included in the refund.
